The Taste of Cayman Food and Drink Festival is a highly anticipated annual Caribbean event in the Cayman Islands, celebrating the local food and drink culture. With more than 5,000 attendees over the years and 36 years of Taste to celebrate, the 2024 edition promises to be an exciting experience for more than food lovers. The two-day event will open with a bang featuring six-time grammy award winning group Black Eye Peas whose members include Will.i.am, Apl.de.ap and Taboo. This Caribbean culinary event will include an array of delectable offerings from various vendors and restaurants and visitors can look forward to trying traditional Caymanian dishes, street food, gourmet dishes, and international cuisines.
Apart from the mouthwatering food, the event will also feature an extensive selection of beverages. Attendees can sample locally brewed beers, rum cocktails, and wines from around the world, including a range of non-alcoholic drinks like fresh fruit juices and smoothies. The festival will provide an excellent opportunity for visitors to discover new and exciting tastes while also supporting local businesses.
In addition to the food and drink offerings, Taste of Cayman features a main stage of live music and entertainment, and various competitions and activities for all ages. The Cayman foodie event will be held at the Festival Green in Camana Bay, a scenic waterfront location in Grand Cayman, on April 12th and 13th. Overall, the event promises a fantastic celebration of Caymanian cuisine and culture, with something for everyone to enjoy.
